Burger Discs

Cellophane™ Burger Discs, Pink Polyethylene Discs and White Parchment Paper Discs are designed to display and preserve burgers in the refrigerated display case. The Burger Discs preserve the flavor and tenderness of the meat, do not absorb grease, and maintain the freshness of the food. The white parchment paper burger discs are ideal for oven and microwave cooking. The Cellophane™ discs, together with the pink polyethylene discs, enhance the color of the meat and preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the burger.

Burger Discs are available in a variety of thickness and diameter sizes and can be used to package meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan burgers.
