Eurocell, a family history
Eurocell Ltd. was founded in 1988 by the Finotelli family as a manufacturer of Cellophane™ and polypropylene formats, sheets, burger discs and chips.
In 2002, the company acquired Cellbust Ltd., whose production is focused on other packaging items, such as block bottom bags and heat-sealed envelope bags. This step clearly indicates the stabilization of the production and commercial activities of Eurocell Ltd., which can now operate and consolidate itself on the market as a more complete manufacturer of food packaging items.
In 2010 a generational change took place, from father Anselmo to sons Marco and Luca, who began a process of business innovation, consolidated with an increase in production capacity thanks to the enlargement of the machinery.
A further investment, together with the merger of Eurocell Ltd. and Cellbust Ltd., results in a new plant with all the features that characterize the latest companies. A new company is born, with headquarters, offices, warehouses, production of sheets and burger discs in Cento (FE) and operational headquarters for the production of bags and envelope bags in both Renazzo (FE) and Palestro (PV).
