INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear user, we wish to inform you that “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides protection for natural persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of their personal data.

EUROCELL S.r.l., as the “Data Controller” of the processing, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore provides you with the following information:

  • CATEGORIES OF DATA:

EUROCELL S.r.l. will process the personal data that is entered in the form.

  • SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:

The personal data of which EUROCELL S.r.l. is in possession is collected directly from the data subject when he fills in this form.

  • PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING:

The legal basis for the processing of your data, which is collected and stored in connection with filling out this form, is your consent. The purpose of the processing is to reply to requests for information sent via the form, provide assistance and support services and to send information and commercial communications.

  • DATA RECIPIENTS:

Within the limits pertinent to the specified purposes of processing, your data may be communicated to partners, consultants, and private companies nominated as Processors by the Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Processors and persons assigned to the processing are precisely identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated on a regular basis.

  • TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the information collected will not be transferred abroad.
  • RETENTION PERIOD:

The data gathered will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purpose(s) for which they are being processed (“storage limitation principle”, article 5, GDPR), or on the basis of deadlines laid out by law. Periodic checks are made on the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were gathered.

  • RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:

The data subject has the following rights: to request access to, correction or deletion of their data, to limit or oppose the processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to the processing; these and other rights provided for under the GDPR can be invoked simply by notifying the Controller. The data subject can also make a complaint to a supervisory authority.

  • MANDATORY OR VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF INFORMATION:

We inform you that providing information is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk). The form will NOT be sent if you fail to provide the mandatory information.

  • MANDATORY CONSENT:

Giving your consent to the processing of information by ticking the box is optional, but the box has to be ticked in order for the form to be submitted.

  • METHOD OF PROCESSING:

Personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned legislation and in accordance with our confidentiality procedures. The data will be processed both with computerised tools and on hardcopy, or using any other suitable medium, using suitable technical and organisational security measures as provided for by the GDPR.
