Eurocell produces hamburger separation discs in transparent Cellophane™.
Plain Cellophane™ hamburger separation discs are available in two types:
- Coated discs in Cellophane™ XS 60 g/m²
- Uncoated discs in Cellophane™ PT 35, 40, 50 and 60 g/m²
Our hamburger separation discs are available in the following diameters:
- 100, 110, 130, 150 and 180 mm
The hamburger separation discs in Cellophane™ XS are coated and thus provide a better moisture barrier and remain more detached from the meat.
The hamburger separation discs in Cellophane™ PT are uncoated, and thus do not provide a moisture barrier and stick to the meat more.
