Cellophane™ Burger Discs

Eurocell specializes in the production of Cellophane™ Burger Discs, suitable for the optimal preservation of meat, fish and vegetables at low temperatures before cooking, without altering taste, tenderness and color.

The neutral Cellophane™ Burger Discs can be produced in two types:

  • Coated discs in Cellophane™ XS 60 g/m²
  • Uncoated discs in Cellophane™ PT 35, 40, 50 and 60 g/m²

 

Burger Discs are available in the following diameters:

  • 100, 110, 130, 150 and 180 mm

 

Cellophane™ XS Burger Discs are coated to provide a greater moisture barrier and better separation from the meat.

Cellophane™ PT Burger Discs are uncoated and therefore do not provide a moisture barrier and are more adherent to the meat.
